II	Michael Spranger	佛羅里達大學/教授	激發跨學科教育者投入海洋教育	介紹全球海洋探測系統(Global Ocean Observing System, GOOS)如何應用在教室、社區及企業。
III	邵廣昭	中央研究院生物多樣性研究中心/研究員	海洋保育的教育價值與運用策略	為了促進生物多樣性的研究、保育及教育，需要有完整及開放的資料庫，國內已陸續建置，但仍仰賴更多願意公開資料的學者和公民科學家，以及相關部會的支持。
IV	馬勇	中國海洋大學/教授	培育海洋教育者的專業內涵	自2011年開始推動全國100所海洋意識教育基地的計畫，至2017年為止共有80所基地成立，目的是希望將海洋教育帶進校園、帶進教科書並帶入課堂。
V	Tsuyoshi Sasaki	東京海洋大學/教授	建立海洋教育推動架構	介紹奠基於森-川-海的教育(Forest-River-Ocean Nexus Based Education, FRON-E)、食物內生價值(Food Intrinsic Value, FIV)，以及如何運用以上知識創造具有韌性及永續的生活環境
VI	Sylvia Spalding	西太平洋漁業管理委員會/ 發言人	夥伴關係促進非正式海洋教育體制的發展	由於推廣傳統知識以及漁業教育的重要，西太平洋漁業管理委員會開始致力於教育推廣，希望由下而上的將融合傳統知識的漁業推廣至美國及全球的教育體系。
